yes, yes, yes... I AM, WE ARE STILL ALIVE.

gotta give credit to the chutzpah of my body to stay standing after going through what seems to be a resume of diseases over the past months. glad to let y'all know that im feeling a tad better after my last (in a very long time) session and that bj's feeling better too (after having high fever for a couple of days)

my mind isnt really working to it's full capacity right now due to the medicines that i have taken (and is still taking) for me to get to the road of recovery, also because it is swamped with a. work (that when i go to sleep, it still haunts me) b. list of things to do (like pay a visit to makati, finish deathly hallows, watch ratatouille and simpsons the movie...) c. list of things NOT to do (smoking - havent you heard? i quit 3 months ago, not to pay a visit to my bestfriend's house - for reasons you dont wanna know and i dont wanna expound anymore)... and so on and so forth. a part of my convolutions though told me to give this blog-full-of-cobwebs an update so here i am, typing away non-sequitur words hoping to make sense even for a fraction of a second.

everything is pretty much the same except for some weight loss in the corner (courtesy of my quasi-bulimia), and schedule changes as well (no more waking up at 8p!). im also trying my best to get 8hours of sleep everyday thus, loving every merienda that i get to eat. the other day, i was so happy with the bananacue that yaya bought. i have never, in my whole life, seen so much sugar in a bananacue! its like they cooked the sugar and decided to put a banana in there so it can qualify as a bananacue! hahaha!!!

going back (and cutting things a bit short), i have been getting every chance that's presented upon me to do stuff, and it's really like making an elephant and a giraffe fit inside a dice. 'tis so hard that i end up sleeping every weekend and waking up to have coffee so i dont have to think about it. *lol* i oftentimes go through emotional bullshit too (good thing bj's so patient! ahaha!!! i love you bie!). after that, every day is pretty much take-able... in dosages.

'am looking forward to this weekend for chillaxing and watching ratatouille + simpsons the movie with beej. its also time for that long-overdued hair treatment and haircut and of course, that elusive visit to makati. i dont know if everything should be as smooth as expected (especially with the latter) but im hoping that it turns out good. kinda sucks though that i cant attend the bivy at parks and wildlife cause im still not that well.

so with that,im going to run off and eat/barf. dunno when'll i be able to put something sensible on this blog but i doubt it's going to be for a long time. not when i am this intoxicated and feeling iffy.

Finally, got time to whip out the camera and take some shots of our babies. For those who don't know, i'm quite domesticated. Hahaha..anyhooz, we got a new addition to the family. Our baby boy Daemon. He's such a big boy, quite heavy.

Lucien's the eldest. He has been in service for almost 2 years now and has lots of "kills" already. More than the other 3 siblings' experience combine. Meggy is the eldest girl in the family. She's a bit stubborn (man...every week I have to repair her because of some friggin problem). And yeah, she's a diva with all those accessories. Audrey is a homebody (loves spending her gas at home..lol). And the bunso of the family, Daemon. No battle experiences yet but i'm sure he'll kick ass.

I'm trying to hang on while searching for something enriching and amorous,
However, what I've been seeking for appears to be impracticable and arduous to find.

heya...haven't been here for awhile (months actually lol) and i'm so happy i got the time to write. Kel's been pounding on my head eversince that i haven't written in our blog for the longest time. i have a lot of stories though but i don't know where to start. hmmm...well, sinch i have been in hiding, i guess we can do the "i'm supposed to do this but i wasn't able to" list (up until now i wasn't able to accomplish any lol)

1. Mika's tank! haven't gotten her any yet but i'm planning to move her to a 50 gallon tank, saves me from upgrading from time to time. anyway, here's mika with our first try of feeding her veggies...lookie lookie green thingy...

well.. what can i say? frappuccinos and cigarettes bring us closer ;-)

so what happened that day? well... as always... we bonded over fraps and ciggys... and the doodling on the napkin. and yeah, shared sweety-sweety moments as well *naks!*

one thing about us is that we love to TALK. be it random musings, weird/morbid thoughts... etc. and im really happy that i can now breathe and say that i finally found someone that i can talk to over anything and everything.

i tell bj my frustrations, dreams that i refuse to admit to my friends (even to myself), what-nots, trivial stuff, political views, philosophical views... everything that comes into my head! its such a good feeling to have someone who understands how you feel and not just listens to whatever it is that you want to point out. the beauty of it is that we may argue about things ( we get over it ASAP.ü), we laugh about things (a lot!), but no matter how tired we are or bored or even if were on the middle of a squabble, we makes plans together.

it makes me soooo guilty that i can be a blabber at times. how i wish i can listen and understand him as much as he listens to me and understands the way i feel selflessly. (im working on it... lolololol). he may not know and feel it but i appreciate everything he does for me, and go kilig over the smallest of things, like him opening the cab door for me, or hugging me out of nowhere, tucking me to sleep, being patient when i go "kulit" or when i bitch out every second week of the month... every single thing. im thankful and blessed to have him in my life.

point is, i love this guy soooooooooo much and im loving him more and more each day.

it's been awhile since i wrote something on this blog. i am still recovering from a flu virus. hopefully, before the weekend comes, this nuisance will go away and i can just resume with my old happy self. i'm so tired of being called "moody" hahahaha

anyway, flu was nothing compared to the fever i had with my newly found happiness. pokemon crystal hahaha....it's not actually new. in fact, i have played a couple of the title's earlier releases. pokemon blue and red. i have been addicted to this game when i was in college.

man....i remember those long sleepless nights before an exam...just playing...and playing...playing...then falling asleep. only to wake up the next morning to play again...hahahaha i'm not making sense am i?

as with the title and the catch phrase of the game goes, the objective of the game is to catch all the pokemons. the original series had 150 and this version definitely has more. you go around towns and villages, fighting with other trainers, and looking for rare and legendary pokemons. it's child's game i know....but it's fun!! it's like a journey and a treasure hunt all rolled into one. yipee!!!!

i still have a long way to go. right now, my pokedex (naks! hahaha geek) has around 40 pokemons. my highest pokemon is still on LV 40 while the boss dude i'll be preparing for has a party of LV 80 pokemons.

anyway, gotta go. still have to drink my meds...and then play...hahaha ciao

PS: i really don't have a game boy. i'm just using an emulator for my PPC. haha i wish i have a new one though. lolz

one thing you should know about me and kel is that we love to talk. we talk about everything. from the silliest thing to the more serious topics, from nonsense to sensitive discussions, we love to work our brains out. sometimes to the point that our noses our bleeding. lol.

but there came a day, amidst all that thinking, spurts of silence began to be part of our day. for at least 5 to 10 minutes every hour, we become silent. all you could here are crickets, tapping sounds, and some distinctive clicks that i couldn't describe.

kel and i are tinkering with our PDA phones. lolz.

anyway, asides from talking, we really do love tinkering with stuff. here's a simple of our gadgets and what keeps us busy.

this is kel's pink phone! it's so cute! hehe we changed the housing to a pink one. she wants a hot pink housing but it's not available in ebay.ph. originally, she wanted a 3250 as her new phone because of the color. i convinced her that she could do more with this handy dandy gadget (excuse the camera) and max out it's features for another year. an organizer, a media hub, and a phone. she's a geekette so i think this gadget is the better choice.

she also bought a white bifold to go with it. took us 2 hours to look for one because we thought that capdase released one for the mini. turns out it was for the xda atom. anyway, her phone is so gurlaloo. she just loves pink. hey kel, let's buy that pink ps2 unit! hehe

this is my desktop for today. as you can see, i'm a very organized and a very busy person ( you sould see kel's pocket informant lolz). and i'm actually healthy! see, i have basketball practice tomorrow! haha right now, i have 5 tasks and one of them i haven't finished since the time i wrote it there 3 or 4 months ago. haha i'll just leave to your imagination to wonder what task require that long to complete (i assure you, you're not going to guess what it is) lolz.

anyway, i would love to post pics of all the stuff i do with my phone but i'll have to leave some space for kel to show her desktop and also introduce my gadget. hey kel, stop playing billiards on your phone or your screen protector will go out in less than a week! hahaha.....you go take the floor!

hello multimedia galore!!!! kel got her new phone today! w00t!!! she got an xda II mini. yey, my phone has a partner! and to top it off, it's pink!!!!

you might be wondering about the title about cam whoring, well, it's becuase the xda's 1.3 mp cam is not that good. nokia phones have better cam quality. but what the heck, we're getting a digi cam anyway.

but wait....there's more...haha

man, i can just imagine. she watching her own movie on her pink phone, me watching anime on mine. 2 GB of songs, i can listen to her stuff and she can listen to mine. hot swap of cards for instant file transfer. SWEET!! but most importantly, i hope that the phones that we have will put us into perspective. i mean, geez...it's a PDA for crying out load. we should be able to budget our finances and time with this friggin thing. hahahaha..i couldn't really manage my stuff so might as well convince the other half to get one..hahaha....OC to the highest level!!!

seriously though, i love my phone. it has all the things i need. media, mp3, files, phone, organizer, wifi capable, upgradeable and etc. well there's no 3G, but who uses it anyway. that's why i told kel to get one as well. she's one chick who knows her way around computers.

after all the discussions and the thinking, i finally got myself a phone. and, it is the same as bj's. wipeeedoooo!!! (i just love it when we have things in pair) :-P

anyhooz, i think this phone'll work for me. at first kasi, i was hesitant to buy one dahil nokia girl ako eversince and that yeah, vanity wise, i like the pink 3250 better. but knowing the phone (xda) and the things i could do with it (no, not like this), and knowing na i am one obsessive person, itll do me just fine. needless to say, the techie in me won. hehehe.

and so, i think i might be able to organize my lifestyle a bit with this gadget and at the same time kulitin si bj to organize his lifestyle (read: "i couldnt really manage my stuff so might as well convince the other half to get one" *lol*) a bit too lalo na yung "BPI ATM" and "Fix the bathroom" na tasks na nung May pa andun at hanggang ngayon e, hindi pa din nagagawa. *joke*

'am not so much of a techie (oooo, hindi daw!) pero yknow, you'll never run out of things to learn. it's always, always fun to "butingting everything" ;)

of rainy friday nights and ABC'S

'Tis another one of 'em lazy Friday nights that we went to work late. Beats me, pero lagi talaga kami tinatamaan ng katamaran tuwing Friday. Dunno why but maybe because I am looking forward to the weekend or that face it, anybody will pick the bed with its cold sheet and pillows over the agony of walking and having icky feet, hailing a cab, the traffic and arriving at work two minutes late or if youre lucky enough, to make it in the biometric photo-finish. Having said, or written all of the above, this gives me the conclusion that I have a love-hate relationship with rainy Friday nights. :P

Anyhooz, as I woke up kanina with an aching head, I suddenly sang the "ABC song" that I used to sing waaaay back in kindergarten. Ako nga lagi yung "A" dun. Yknow, that "A- youre adorable, B-youre so beautiful" song. Its really funny na I still recall all of the letters and its meaning sa song hanggang sa huli (and they say makakalimutin ako! hah! proved yah wrong!) . Then it hit me how things change and that the ABC's then are different from the ABC's I know now. Hindi na adorable, beautiful, cute and full of charm. Bilis ng oras no?

From the top of my aching head, here's my new ABC's

A - Angina. The thing that's killing me right at this very second.
B - BJ. not the "bj-bj" but BJ - Bernardo Jonathan Roldan Alejandro VII. then there's the beach (how Id kill for another shot at Boracay), Bleach (mwahahaha!!!) and Branders.
C - Cannabis Sativa. We tried growing some and it worked! Sadly, when we went back from our out of town trip, toothpick na lang siya. And, Cellphone. Maaan, I tried not having to use one for 3 mos and my social life got killed.
D - Dark Chocolate. I plead guilty. And Ducks. I used to be called "duck" cause of my big lips.
E - Eggs. I love it sunny-side up, with those cancerous burns on the side.
F - Friends. Dunno what Id do without them. And, Flowers. me likes flowers.
G - Ghost Squad. Frickin' IC card!
H - Harry Potter. Need I say more? Then, harhar and Highfiber.
I - Isaw. I miss UP :(
J - Jackstone. My tita and I used to make those lil pillows for chinese jackstone. And, mang Jimmy's (oh, the iska in me)
K - Kites. Tito Mac and I used to make ones out of newspaper and bbq sticks. and Knives. and my bestfriend in the whole wide world, Kristine.
L - Lemon and butter sauce sa shrimp. Yum! Pwede ding Lemon + Tequila.
M - Music. Ika nga sa tower records, "No music, no life" tapos Marlboro Lights.
N - Needles. Bestfriend since elementary days (cause of my medication)
O - Ostrich. Yung kapitbahay namin me ostrich dati.
P - Peanuts. From the peanut itself to Snoopy and friends. Alaveeet! And Polaroids.
Q - Quaint. The perfect adjective for yours truly. Plus, I like how the word "quaint" sounds.
R - Rabbits? Cause theyre... nevermind.
S - Sand. Oooo... I miss the sand on my feet... and ass.
T - Tokyo Marui G36c baybeeeh! Then, The Little Mermaid and that pink Tamagotchi Im planning to get and yeah, Tensor trucks.
U - Umbrella. Umuulan kasi and siyempre, Unibersidad ng Pilipinas sa Diliman.
V - Valentines. Crappy as it may sound, but I just love that day. *giggle*
W - Walrus. We used to skate with "I am the Walrus" sa background ala Geoff Rowley. *lol*
X - Xylophone. Didja know that I can play "Magtanim ay di biro" sa xylophone? hahahaha!!!
Y - Yak. I have yet to see one.
Z - Zim! I love Invader Zim especially his doll, Gir.

Haaay.. how time flies. The docile Ayesa Mikaela has gone far far away to niu-niu land (or so I think). Well, that's life. Gone in a matter of seconds.

anyway, amidst all the crap you have to face in the office, or whatever it is in life, you're bound to bump into something or someone that would truly lighten up you life. some call it good karma, some call it "swerte", others think it's destiny. whatever it is, I got my share of it in my workspace. kel. met her in the office. after that, all was pretty much a bliss. good vibes. happy thoughts. infinite possibilities. never thought that working would be so much fun. thanks bie.

anyway, enough of that mushy mushy thingy. let me share our world. here's some pics of my workstation. just so you'll have an idea what i do here. haha

My desktop for the month of September. I hate it because of all the icons and files. I barely have time to put them in their proper folders. Sheesh.

And here's my desk. Clockwise: 1. Yosi to death pag call center. Haha with matching Lipovitan for after shift bbal. 2. My keyboard and some bunch of papers. 3. Sketch thingy to keep me awake when i'm sleepy, bored, and while waiting for new leads. 4. Grimace! And more papers on the wall.

(naks! anlalim! hahaha!!!) on the right are the staple windows i put up with every friggin day. 3 IE's for the garden, 1 IE for tiny, 1 IE for our talk time report. Then there's the Mozilla Thunderbird for work email, 2 firefoxes for work and another 2 for the "miscellaneous" stuff i do. *lol* plus, there will always be bj's YM window, my YM and windows media player.

I always thought that being in the same workplace as your partner has more cons than the pros but not on our case (IMHO lang naman). Akala ko nakakasakal to always be with that person (shempre, the "sawa" issue na naman) pero not with bj. i dunno but i miss him even if were just stations apart and im always looking forward to 15minute breaks and lunch with him, and of course, at the end of the day na we would go home or hang wherever muna before heading home to sleep. sabi nga, quality time na lang daw lagi. eh baket ba? eh i couldnt get enough of my biebie eh. pake ba nila? hahaha!!!

"look oh, it's a CROB"

And at last....the blog is up and running....after months and months, it's finally here. Kel and BJ's blog. w00t!!

Now let's see...first post belongs to....dundundundun...Puerto G. Had a blast with Kel over the weekend. Got lots of things accomplished in our mini list of things to do. Let me just run a couple of them:

1. Go out of town (sa wakas! after all those YM brawls! :P)
2. Go to the beach
3. Swim swim swim
4. Take a shower in the rain ("ang likot mo!" hahaha!!!)
5. Sunset sessions of course (and with beer on one hand and chillax sounds on the background)
6. Star gazing
7. Cloud tripping (we saw a TALABAT - watch out for further posts to know what talabat means)
8. Beer beer and beer haha

Anyway, i'm really not into this blog thing. You can click that link on the right side to go to my own personal blog and you'll know why. I'm quite shy. (shy daw!) Haha...anyway, Kel's better at making stories so I'll give the floor to her. TEK ET AWAY BEBEH!!!!

'dunno where to start especially cause it's the end of the day and im really looking forward to going home, and that ive already poured all my creative juices about galera on my personal blog (see links) but lets see... 'am really glad that bj and i are starting to accomplish things out of our"to-do list" (except for the "BPI" and "fix the bathroom" agenda on his xda *lol*) . we've planned a lot, and we have come this far, making it to puerto galera and back to manila in one piece (except for moi cause i had my legs scraped by some darned rock, but then again, that's just my stupidty) and of course, this his and hers blog thing which is so far fun... not that im THAT addict when it comes to blogging but hey, bj and i are pen-whores/keyboard whores so, the hell.

as i am recalling what bj has left out of his list of the things that we did up above and the things that i have written on my blog, let me explain the title "look oh, it's a CROB".

on our first night at puerto galera, we ate by one of those eateries by the beach (the ones with candle lit tables) and as we were waiting for our food, this annoying girl just shouts, "look oh, it's a crOb!". YES, ladies and gents, she said "crOb" with an "O". (Maybe it's a new specie?)

now, what does "crOb" mean? am i missing out on something? the last thing i know, the word "crab" is spelled with an "a" and not with an "o". and she was referring to a hermit crab at that. i bet if that hermit crab heard her, it would grow gigantically out of proportion, fuming, just to pinch her on the mouth.

not that bj and i are pronunciation experts or anything but we really are sensitive when it comes to that... grammar-whores/term-whores to be precise. sure we make mistakes, do freudian slips every now and then but i will never ever call a crab, "crob" especially when i am on the beach and seeing hermit crabs are like seeing grains of sand on the seashore. maybe, just MAYBE if there'll come a time when hermit crabs become extinct and i see one, then get jittery, maybe then will i call a crab "crob" but i will never ever, for the life of me call a crab "crob". NEVER EVER.

speaking of extinction, i know bj was a little sad upon hearing that steve irwin passed away last sept. 4 due to a marine accident off Australia's north coast. (Blimey!)

'never really was a big fan of steve irwin since i dont like reptiles that much but watching him was fun. he was so passionate about what he does, never mind that it sometimes looks OA/ADHD-ish but i guess that's really the way it is when you really love what youre doing. you wont see me all excited like that while calling clients here at work or gawking while being amazed (which is ironic cause youre bound to look stupid when gawking) at how our garden/tiny (excuse the work jargons) work. ill prolly say "ooooo" but ill never say "look at that beauty" like steve does.oh well... "crikey" as you say mate. you will be missed.

SOOOO... back to the annoying girl and the crob thingy... well... maybe that's just me. (We could have drowned her y'know.) maybe i am just annoyed by her the way some people are annoyed by me even though im not doing anything. makes me feel bad about the whole idea but then, i'll live and she'll live. it's all fair. *flips hair*

and so, to cap the whole puerto galera trip, twas fun indeed, the best weekend ive had in ages. watching the sun set with beer on yer hands and chillax muzak on the background, feeling the sand on your feet, hugging and kissing in the rain (yeah, yeah, insert cringe HERE. *lol*), stargazing, waking up insouciantly... doing all of these with the person you love most is the best. wouldnt want to trade the experience for anything else.

well, maybe all of this in BORACAY? hahahaha!!!

as we always tell each other that this is just the start, im looking forward to more trips and more accomplishments on our to-do list.

but first, fix the bathroom bj will yah? *lol* (Do I have to?) (yes, you have to *wink*)
